I love Metatrader 4. That’s a trading platform that you can get for free in several different brokers.

you may check your options in this site. it will lead you to a legitimate, trusted, reputable and leading forex broker that offers, among others, personal mentoring which is very helpful particularly to new forex traders. when you open any of its accounts- mini, gold, platinum or vip- you will be provided a personal account service manager or asm to guide you through the basics including how to analyse market trends using technical and fundamental tools. plus the asm will even trade along with you to make sure you get familar with the system. the site is also full of learning articles and materials you need to educate yourself about various aspects of forex trading. all the best.

I think you should try http://www.amp futures.com. I have been using this platform for the last 3 years .The platform would be NINJA TRADERS.
They are very clear about their commission and they charge only 7.00$ USD per selling and buying per contract.

You can start researching for a forex trading broker online. Go online and participate in online web forums. Try to see if you will be able to talk to someone who has a first-hand experience in dealing with trading brokers. Then, try to ask for recommendations and referrals. Once you have a name, try to do a little background check on that person ? try to gather information on his or her reputation and his or her experience in forex trading.

There is no foolproof way of selecting the best forex trading broker. But it definitely helps to screen several brokers before settling for one. In this manner, you will be able to have a good idea of what they do and how they can potentially help you. In this manner, you will able to determine if he or she can effectively handle your forex trading needs.

If you are a beginner, i suggest you to use Marketiva, which is a very good platform to start trading with and very easy to use.

Marketiva gives you 5$ real to start trading so you don’t have to deposit and if you made profit from it you can cash out, this is why it’s very good for beginners. Their platform is very easy to use and they have support during trading hours for your questions, doubts etc.

They also have chat channels where you can talk, exchange opinions and ideas with traders of your country or international traders.

There are many forex brokers and trading platforms. There is no BEST per say. Rather it depends on the price feed, the spread for the currency pair that you are trading, back-end support, and the level of sophistication you need (eg. MT4 or not).
