how often or how do I know that I need to optimize my forex ea in metatrader?

There are commercial robots, as well as free ones, and you could even design your own without writing a single line of mql4 code…but how often, or how do I know for sure that I need to optimize/re-optimize a forex robot using historical data in metatrader, since the market keeps changing? and what would be the length of time to use to optimize for 1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 4H, Daily charts? thanks!

i trade forex and have never used a robot, i dont understand them.

Trading platform with everything?

I would like to know about a trading platform that has all assets such as stocks, indices (even foreign), commodities, and forex? all indicators for their interactive charts and at least a 5, 10, 15 minute time frames. give me some free ones if you can. I like freestockcharts.com but they don’t have every kind of asset. also, how much is Think or Swim, i heard they were pretty good.
Also, where can I find charts that have 15 second time frames?

ThinkOrSwim’s platform is free, with an account. There is a "paper trade" version for non accounts.
Tradestation has a good platform. There is a charge of $100 per month if you don’t meet minimum trading targets.

I use as both for trading stocks.
I trade options & futures on the ThinkOrSwim platform also. Forex on ThinkOrSwim also (rarely).

Charts are in all time frames (1 minute to 4 hours plus Daily, Weekly & monthly). You can also change to tick charts.

I am looking for some basic software for my computer that I can download for free without a demo. Just something with charts that I can look at. No forex or other international markets. I have tried MTI trader and Bloomberg, but they all are demos and require money. Please help me out!

What Forex money mapping (software) should I use?

I wish to know where is the best place to study forex charts. Which is; what software or platform should I use to start using Forex tools (such as Fibs, averages, lines etc.. ) can anyone suggest me?

Moreover I am searching for a free software I am still a beginner and I don’t want to spend 5000dollars on FX money mapping. I also tried on eToro and ForexTrader Pro but I though someone could suggest me better opinions.

Where can i find (good) free seasonal Forex charts?

I’ve started getting interested in seasonality in Forex but i can’t seem to find any good seasonal charts or information can someone help me out? Thanks in advance.

Not into the FX market, but you can find currency related charts on www.stockcharts.com. For example, $XEU will bring up the "Euro Index".

As for seasonality, if you use long-term weekly charts you should be able to discern any seasonal patterns that might exist.

I do not need a trading platform..just charts

All smartphone can display some live web based forex charts, you may want to check out forexpros, here is one example chart. I am not associated with forex pros just use their online charts occasionally
