My friend has opened an account with a Forex broker and invested about $20,000 in and given his password to the broker to dead. It’s about a year now and his investment has come down to 12,000.
The broker committed to share the profit and loss of the investment.
My friend didn’t research much before the investment and still undecided what to do with his investment. The broker now a days doesn’t receive his phone.
I would appreciate if someone has some advice for my friend. Thanks.

What is the best platform to trade real forex? i think they’re called the market makers

Basically this is how it works, brokers are able to monitor n notice where are all the stops placed, so they can easily place an order against ur stop. Eg, if u place a SELL stop @ 1.3000, they can place a BUY trade @ 1.3000 against you to trigger the trade… hope this answers ur question.

Quick response from the Customer Service people.
We can contact them almost instantly each working day.
They are ECN.
They charge small trading fee.
They offer great programs
They are regulated by as many regulation body as they can get.

Pretty simple. You calculate your returns in Canadian dollars. How else would you know whether you’re making any money from the trades?

You can convert each trade to Canadian dollars, or, calculate your profit for the year (in US$), and convert it to CA$ at the average exchange rate (published by CRA).

There is no good FX broker…. only ones not as bad as others.

My two favorites are;
GFT
InterbankFX

If you’re a US citizen…. stick with a US based firm. Regulation is a little tighter (which is much better for you).

GFT keeps in touch with you and their platform is pretty good (like the charting abilities, compared to most).

Warning: If you’re new to trading…. use paper trading to learn the platform….. but know that results on paper trading are no where indicative of how you’ll do with real money.

Knowing Technical Analysis is critical to your success….. but without exceptional trading money management skills it won’t mean a thing.
