There are two resources I would recommend.

The first is a video course by David Waring:

Both of these sites also have forums where you can joint a community and ask questions.

Well Enough People Trying to Sell their CLICKBANK products, FAPTurbo is a Robot. I have used Forex.com and FXCM.com. They have a mini account that is one of the best practice account out there.
