I have studied a lot of technical analysis and played a little with forex.. currently i make $10 and hour .. I was wondering if it was possible to make just $10 an hour trading… if so let me know i'd love to quit my job and stay at home all day

How much should I have in my account?
    Leverage?
    What broker?

no you can not. but you can lose hundreds in seconds. 30 years investing.

I want to trade Forex, Stocks and Options. How my income will be taxed? Who can help me to answer all related questions?
    CPA?

    Thank you!!

To get a social security number go to your nearest social securtiy office and ask them what papers you need to get one. About the tax, you can ask H and R Block. You can find one in the yellow pages. The district offices are usually open all year.

This is just a couple of paragraphs a copied and pasted from the bottomm links ( this is a fairly long article). They helped me a lot when i was researching about short/long term forex strategies and tips. All the rest of the helpful articles are in the 'forex resources' section on http://www.forextradinghq.com

In order to profit from the forex market, you will need strategies and also the will to change these strategies. Traders who lack a well thought out trading plan are prone to panic and confusion, when unexpected swings in the forex market occur. Many traders will tell you that trade driven by emotion is the fastest way to deplete your funds. Whether or not you are using a technical or fundamental style, it is still essential that you have a proper view of the market.

Developing your own trading style is a time consuming process and is often acquired through trail and error. It is unfortunate that there is no ‘golden’ rule’ to trade in the forex market and technical and fundamental styles of trade won’t be successful all the time. Successful traders often have a unique style of trading and take up various strategies during a trading session. Only continuous practice will help you gain a feel for the movements of the forex market.

    As above…

and to those using platforms, how long do you normally let your trading run on live?

I simply let my positions run and generate an interest payment everyday.

I look at a chart once when I get up in the morning and each evening before I call it a night. Other than that I just enjoy life.

    Paul

which one is less complicated and complex, forex or stocks. I really would like to have one, i'm planning to start saving for my passive income. And what is the best biz to start with, i'm only 23. I like videoke bars, books, music, and food. so i really don't know what i want to work with. or is it best to franchise?
    thanks

If you are depending on a managed service, then it makes no difference. If you are doing it yourself, it depends on how aggressive you are or how much risk you can take.

Forex to me is far more challenging and has a lot of avenue to make money but you can also lose especially if you are not familiar with the trade.

For real, you guys is there a legitimate trading software that is automated? If not is it even possible to create one? I see a bunch but then there’s always some website out bashing the creator of it calling it a scam so is it really possible to have an automated trader, I don’t care if it makes me millions I just want to know if its possible

Have tried a few of the automated forex trading systems. You can’t make what they claim to make but I notice that in most cases they do improve on my performance.

But they are no magical formula. However, I think it is wrong to always call them scams.

I keep getting investment opportunities from so called experts in spread betting, stocks, CFDs, FOREX trading etc. They charge hell of a lot, about £1000 per year to tell their secrets.

Has anyone used them and are they for real. Is it really worth investing that kind of money?

As a trader myself I can assure you that 300% per year can even be called a small return. But I also can assure you that you shouldn't have to pay up any money for the "secrets" of the mentioned experts. After that you would still have to trade and trading without knowledge and experience is a more than risky business, most of times you'll end up "broke". Take a few years to practise "dry" and learn, read and take courses. Or use a company as mine :) . We do not charge fees and we guarante certain returns. Do not (as in NEVER) invest money that you cannot miss.

Edit: you don't need HUGE amounts to invest.

    Hello

Since i invest my own funds using services which offer managed account services in any financial sector, forex, options on stocks etc. i would appriciate if anybody of the fellow investors has to recommend such kind of service. Please only serious answers. The others will be reported.

I had the same problem as you have.
I had a good amount of money, but didn't knew where to invest it.
So I looked around for something that gave me a great return towards a low risk.
And the only thing I could find was a mannaged account.
Here you can follow up my results of every day:

    http://my-robottrader.blogspot.com/

I'm verry excited because I already have 48% ROI in Two months time.
My moneymannager is giving me great support, and answer all of my questions almost immediatly.
Annyway feel free to contact me (adress on my blog) and I'll bring you in direct contact with my money mannager.

I've been doing well at trading/investing in stocks/derivatives/forex (currency) and have been able to acquire a nice income and soon I plan to get involved in working with a hedge fund.

My one question is that, with all this money, what should I do? I'm not that materialistic?

What i like about having money is the ability to leave an extra large tip to an overworked waitress, hire the neighbor that couldn't find a job so he wouldn't loose his home (I now have enough firewood to heat a small city) and many other things. Money gives you the ability to do acts of kindness- not handouts- those only make you feel powerfull, but acts thatpreserve thedignity of the person. Oh, I also support 5 AIDS babies in Africa. What to do with the money? Next time you feel the call, help.

I saw a few in a google search talked about 20% returns and stuff but they were not in the US. I don't want to risk anything outside the USA. Please only reply if you have done it or are currently doing it. Please post links of anyone you recommend. thanks
As I said please don't reply if you have no "DIRECT" experince with investing in one of these. I know the risk's i'm looking for a ligitimate company that's why I asked for someone that is doing it. I don't have time to trade it my self I already trade futures this is for someone else that has an extra 50k to risk. That link doesn't work to the blog.

Be very careful about these "investing companies", especially when they are Internet based. In 99% they are scams looking to steal money from investors and there is no way of knowing whether they really trade or not.

The other 1% are probably legitimate, but how will you know for sure?

As in one of the previous answers you can learn to do it yourself.

Here is a course that can help you get familiar with forex trading:
